What file type should I upload?
A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background is preferred. Avoid screenshots and low-resolution images.
What is the difference between Builder and Upload Your Own?
Builder arranges separate artwork files. Upload Your Own is for a complete gang sheet that is already laid out and sized.
Can DTF transfers be used on dark garments?
Yes. DTF transfers can be applied to both light and dark compatible garments.
Can you remove the background from my artwork?
Basic background removal may be available. Complex cleanup or redesign may require a separate design charge.
Is same-day production guaranteed?
No. Same-day service depends on submission time, file readiness, order size and current production capacity.
