No. Standard Transfers By Size, Build Your Gang Sheet and Upload Your Own Gang Sheet can be ordered online with visible pricing. Request a quote only when you need project help or something outside the normal online options.

Choose Transfers By Size for one design or a few individual transfers. Choose Build Your Gang Sheet when you have separate art files that you want to arrange online. Choose Upload Your Own when your complete gang sheet is already laid out and sized.

For our current Color Prime Quick Glide DTF transfers, start with 320°F for 18–25 seconds using medium pressure. Pre-press the garment for 3–4 seconds before applying the transfer.

IMPORTANT — CHOOSE ONE PEEL METHOD:

INSTANT PEEL: Remove the film immediately when the heat press opens using one quick, smooth motion. Do not wait a few seconds and do not peel slowly.

WARM PEEL: Allow the transfer to cool approximately halfway between pressing temperature and room temperature, then remove the film smoothly.

COLD PEEL: Allow the transfer to cool completely to room temperature before removing the film.

Do not begin peeling an Instant Peel transfer and then stop or peel it slowly. If you miss the immediate peel window, allow the transfer to cool and use the Warm Peel or Cold Peel method instead.

After removing the film, cover the transfer with parchment paper or a finishing sheet and press again for approximately 5 seconds. Heat-sensitive garments may require lower temperature or different settings, so always test when necessary.

Properly cured and applied DTF transfers are designed for flexible, durable everyday wear and repeated laundering. Final longevity depends on the garment, correct heat and pressure, application technique and garment care. We do not advertise a fixed wash-count guarantee because different fabrics, washers, dryers and pressing conditions can change the result.

DTF is commonly used on cotton, polyester, poly blends and many other heat-press-compatible fabrics. Specialty, coated or heat-sensitive materials should be tested before production.

Our current DTF setup uses an Epson SureColor G6070 DTFilm printer with genuine Epson UltraChrome DF CMYK and White inks, Color Prime Quick Glide film, Color Prime Hot Melt Powder and a DTF Station Miro 36 powder shaker and dryer.

A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background is preferred whenever possible. Avoid screenshots, thumbnails and heavily compressed artwork. Confirm your final printed size before ordering.

Basic background removal may be available. Complex cleanup, recreation or redesign may require a separate design charge.

Our online gang sheets use an approximately 22-inch print width. Available sheet lengths vary by product, beginning with shorter sheets and extending to larger production sizes.

No. Same-day service may be available for orders submitted before 11 AM, but availability depends on file readiness, order size and current production capacity.

Inspect the transfer before application and contact Printex before pressing if something appears wrong. Application errors, incompatible garments or incorrect press settings can damage a transfer after it has been applied.
